- Understand and align with portfolio initiatives and priorities defined by key stakeholders. N
- Develop program frameworks for customer activation, engagement, and retention. N
- Identify and define target customer segments based on product types and behaviour. N
- Support campaign planning and execution, including target list generation, communication mix design, and channel strategy/attribution. N
- Optimise offer communication, messaging, and channel mix to maximise campaign effectiveness. N
- Monitor campaign performance and build feedback loops with stakeholders. N




- Design and oversee end‑to‑end execution of cards portfolio campaigns. N
- Establish performance monitoring frameworks before, during, and after campaigns. N
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign initiatives within defined quality and budget standards. N
- Develop structured reports and deliverables backed by data insights and analytics. N

- Own and manage client communications, deliverables, and project discussions. N
- Lead engagements independently, ensuring accountability for outcomes. N
