Job Title: Senior / Lead Business Analyst – Cards & Payments - Mainframe
Location: Pune / Bangalore

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct requirement workshops and solution design discussions.
- Perform impact assessments for regulatory, product, and system changes.
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and testing teams.
- Support end-to-end project delivery through Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Facilitate UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
- Drive requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder communications.
- Support multi-country and large-scale payment transformation initiatives.
