About the Role

We are seeking a Support & Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Specialist to strengthen and optimize our procurement technology ecosystem. This senior role supports daily operations across Coupa, Guided Buy, and emerging AI agent workflows, ensuring stability, efficiency, and an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate brings 7–8 years of procurement systems or operations experience,



thrives in problem‑solving, and proactively drives improvements.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Procurement Support — Own functional support for Coupa/Guided Buying, manage escalations, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Solve Complex Issues — Troubleshoot workflow failures, catalog issues, approval logic gaps, and data mismatches; drive durable fixes.
- Deliver CPI Initiatives — Lead process improvement projects that reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and streamline procurement workflows.
- Build AI Agents — Design, test, and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive procurement tasks and enhance Guided Buying experiences.
- Analyze Procurement Insights — Use spend data, supplier performance, and workflow analytics to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate Cross‑Functionally — Partner with procurement, sourcing, IT, finance, and compliance teams to align enhancements with business needs.
