Essential capabilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills




- Provide operational support for retail banking processes including account servicing, payments, customer requests, documentation and exception handling.
- Resolve business queries accurately within TAT while following process, risk and compliance requirements.
- Ensure transaction quality, case notes and hand-offs are complete for a seamless customer and colleague experience.
- Understanding of retail banking operations and customer servicing
- Attention to detail with robust process adherence
- Quick learner; able to work across multiple systems
- Problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage priorities, SLA commitments and customer urgency

Experience
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in the BFSI domain
- Experience in retail banking operations, customer service or back-office processing preferred
- Working knowledge of banking controls, compliance requirements would be an added advantage.
