This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key stakeholders • GBO, GPOS, CCIB, CLDATA, All data consumers Other Responsibilities • Scoping of data quality issues identified through various channels including automated periodic profiling reports, self-identified issues and thematic issues highlighted by stakeholders • Maintain Investigation backlog, plan and prioritise for action based on established prioritisation framework • Undertake investigation for prioritised issues allocated to team • Conduct root cause analysis of exceptions based on understanding of Group policy requirements, process and procedures and current system functional
