Job Summary

Provide Level-2 operational support for PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, Ping DaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID.

Troubleshoot authentication, federation, authorization, and MFA-related issues.

Manage SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect integrations.

Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and provide recommendations.

Support adaptive authentication and risk-based access policies.

Monitor platform health, logs, and alerts and resolve operational incidents.

Assist in platform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.

Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Participate in change and release management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level-2 operational support for PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, Ping DaVinci, Ping Risk, and PingID.

Skill Requirements

4-6 years of IAM support experience.

3+ years supporting Ping Identity solutions.

Robust knowledge of PingFederate, PingID, PingOne, DaVinci, and Ping Risk.

Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.

Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP integrations.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
