Your Role

* Study design briefs, research, ideate and conceptualise visuals based on
requirements.
* Create illustrations, logos , typefaces, banners, thumbnails, and other
designs.
* Edit multiple thumbnails and create various size adaptations.
* Create title logos with English typefaces.
* Utilize AI-driven design tools to support logo creation , creative
enhancements, and image retouching while maintaining brand and quality
standards.
* Perform high-quality retouching and visual refinements on images, posters,
and creative assets in line with project
* Ensure timely and accurate updates in internal project-tracking systems,
including task status, asset links, and progress documentation.
* Liaise with global teams and stakeholders to support the artwork.
* Strong sense of colour palette and layouts that match the brand image and
expectations.
* Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.
* Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are
visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.




* Demonstrating solid file management and housekeeping skills to maintain an
organized and efficient filing system.
* Comprehensive understanding of Over The Top platform trends and the
capability to create competitive designs that captivate and engage users
effectively.

To Succeed in this Role

* Bachelors in design / communications or related field with 2-3 years of
experience in the role.
* Prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft office and other graphic
design software.
* Strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
* Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
* Demonstrated prior experience in utilizing AI-based tools for design and
creative workflows.
* Prefer candidates with experience using task management platforms, such as
Monday.com, to coordinate and collaborate on design projects.
* Fair analytical skills and excellent eye for detail.
* Proficient in Englis
