We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Reconciliations Engineering team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Triage, track,



and resolve Incidents and Service Requests for Reconciliation applications in a Run-The-Bank (RTB) production environment.
• Follow ITIL Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management processes to support reliable and controlled production operations.
• Monitor production environments proactively, respond to alerts, and restore business-as-usual (BAU) service as quickly as possible.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues and support problem management actions to improve platform stability.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, and operational automation to strengthen resilience and reduce manual effort.
• Support RTB IPA automation workflows in Logan/1Desk and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.
• Participate in change, release, and deployment activities, including daily, weekly, and weekend implementations as required.
• Support scheduled weekend maintenance windows as part of release and product
