As a key member of our Finance team, reporting to the Director of Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments to ensure accurate and timely application of cash to customer accounts.

What You’ll Do:
- Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including charging payments made by credit card, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs.
- Participate in a team setting byassistingcoworkers with completion of daily, month-end,
and quarter-end workload when necessary.
- Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies.
- Identifydaily unapplied amounts, post to customer accounts,callback-up,and provideAR.
- Maintenance of records for auditing purposes (filing remittances, bank statements, approved write offs).
- Processes inquiries and research requests received by the collections team to resolve customer account discrepancies and/or questions.
- Reconcileaccounts daily.
- Specialprojectsassigned within the department.
Who You Are:
You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
- 5years’ experiencein a similar position.
- Advanced MS Excelskills.
