outright. As a rental-subscription business, our growth is driven by the full customer lifecycle -
activation, retention, cross-sell, and win-back - not one-off transactions.
We're looking for a CRM and growth marketer who lives and breathes lifecycle marketing, backs
every decision with data, and uses AI to move faster than a traditional marketer ever could.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, AI-first role centered on CleverTap, where you'll design and run the
lifecycle campaigns that reduce drop-offs, drive cross-sell and upsell, and improve conversion
across our funnel. You'll pair that with sharp analytics — owning traffic and performance
reporting across channels — and with a heavy reliance on AI: producing your own creative,
automating repetitive workflows, and shipping campaigns without waiting on other teams.

you reach for AI tools to do it faster, this is your role.

What You'll Do
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing (CleverTap) — the core of the role
- Own CleverTap end to end: segmentation, audiences, journeys, in-app popups, push,
SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
- Design and run drop-off, cross-sell, and upsell campaign journeys across the customer
lifecycle.
- Build onboarding, retention, win-back, and churn-prevention flows.
- Run constant A/B testing on messaging, timing, and creative — always be testing.

AI, Automation & Creative Production
- Build and run automation workflows to eliminate repetitive marketing and reporting tasks.
- Use AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Cowork) day to day to draft copy, generate creative,
analyze data, and speed up execution.
- Continuously find current places to apply AI across the CRM and analytics stack.
