Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Drive collection performance and achieve assigned recovery targets across the territory.
Lead, motivate, and monitor field collection teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of overdue accounts through structured collection strategies.
Monitor portfolio health and implement action plans to improve collection performance.
Conduct regular field visits to review team performance and support operational activities.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to collections and recovery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and operational challenges.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and collection processes.
Identify performance gaps and conduct regular coaching and training sessions for team members.
Build solid relationships with branches and business stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and recovery outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria




Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Collections, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Team Management.
Proven experience in handling field collection teams and achieving collection targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of the local market and fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of the regional language will be an added advantage.
