Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Business Development Executive / Managerwho can act as the central link between management, sales, operations, and support teams. This role is critical in driving business efficiency, tracking performance, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate daily business operations across departments to ensure seamless execution
- Act as a single point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Track business objectives, action plans, and deliverables; ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for management review

Planning, Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor KPIs related to sales, operations, revenue, and productivity




- Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, SOPs, and workflows

Management Support & Execution
- Assist senior management in strategic initiatives and special projects
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, MOMs, and track action items
- Ensure alignment between business goals and on-ground execution
- Support compliance, audits, and internal reviews when required

Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure transparent and timely communication across teams
- Follow up with departments to close pending tasks and resolve bottlenecks
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
