The RCCP Planner is a hybrid role responsible for supporting Master Scheduling activities administratively while owning Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) execution.
This role ensures alignment between capacity, material availability, and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to enable on-time delivery (OTD) across global Subsea manufacturing sites.
The position will act as a key interface across planning, sourcing, manufacturing,
and project teams while operating from the India Hub supporting global operations remotely
As an RCCP Planner, you will also be responsible for:
Capacity Planning (RCCP & Scheduling Support)
- Support Master Schedulers in executing S&OP; supply plans and maintaining planning data integrity.
- Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to validate production feasibility against demand.
- Analyse capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and load vs. capacity gaps across manufacturing sites and suppliers.
- Provide administrative support for CyberPlan reporting, including: Extracting standard reports and data outputs from CyberPlan
- Consolidating and preparing reports for Master Scheduler reviews. Ensuring data accuracy and timely availability of reports.
- Assist in defining and maintaining lead times and execution schedules aligned with business priorities.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and execution plans.
