About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales function for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products. The role require robust expertise in secured lending, team management, and DSA/channel partner management. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and strengthen the local sourcing network.
What you will do:
- Drive branch-level business for LAP and Home Loan products.
- Build and manage a strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop sourcing strategies to improve market penetration and business growth.
- Monitor team productivity, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and local market stakeholders.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.




- Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the region.
- Drive customer experience and ensure timely resolution of escalations.

What you will need:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 6 to 11 years of experience in LAP/Home Loan sales with team handling experience.
- Strong DSA and channel partner network in the local market.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets in secured lending.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of mortgage products, underwriting basics, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
