Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plastic and sheet metal components using industry-standard CAD software (Creo)
- Create detailed 2D/3D models, engineering drawings, Bill Of Material, and technical documentation
- Participate in daily calls with onsite manufacturing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with production capabilities
- Conduct and support design input studies to define product requirements, specifications, and design parameters before detailed design phase
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and product management
- Document design decisions and input study outcomes in PLM for traceability
- Perform design analysis and simulations to ensure functionality and durability
- Support the complete product development lifecycle from concept to producti
