About This Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Senior Talent Development Partner to join the People Team reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Development. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad, India.
In this role, you'll play a key role in building organizational capability and accelerating employee growth by designing and facilitating engaging learning programs while championing the adoption of AI tools across day-to-day work.

What You'll Do:
Learning Program Design & Development
- Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programs that support employee growth, manager effectiveness, onboarding, professional development, and organizational capability building.
- Create instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify development needs and build practical learning solutions.
