SUMMARY:
Q2 is seeking a Lead Operations Analyst to join our Strategic Operations Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing key operational initiatives, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Jira, Python, SQL, Power BI and advanced Excel.

You will support operational transitions and business operations by developing capacity models, analysing performance trends, building insightful dashboards, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on schedule and within budget.

This incumbent must have solid analytics-first mindset leveraging statistical techniques, historical trend analysis, and the integration of multiple data sources to create short- and long-term forecasts, scenario models that support both strategic and tactical decision-making across the business.
