About Us
We're an AI-native e-commerce management company building AI agents for end-to-end eCommerce management. Amazon is our first market — and Jeff, our AI sales rep for Amazon agencies, already sends 3x more emails and books 5x more meetings at half the cost of traditional reps. But Jeff is just the start. We're creating AI agents for PPC, listings, reviews, and pricing — all the repetitive tasks that eat up hours. The goal: let AI handle the grunt work so people can focus on strategy and growth.

The Role
We're hiring an Amazon Account Manager / Performance Marketer to own paid ads, listing performance, and account health for our brands on Amazon US & UK. You'll run the day-to-day marketing execution that our AI agents are being built to eventually automate — which means your workflows, decisions, and judgment calls directly shape our product roadmap. This is a hands-on operating role, not a strategy-only seat. You'll manage live ad spend, hit performance targets, and document how you make decisions well enough that an AI agent could eventually learn from it.





Core Responsibilities

Account & Campaign Management
• Own PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across a portfolio of Amazon accounts
• Manage bids, budgets, and keyword strategy to hit ACOS/TACOS and revenue targets
• Monitor account health — flag suppressed listings, policy issues, and inventory risks before they become client fires
• Optimize listings for conversion: titles, bullets, A+ content, and imagery in collaboration with creative
• Run promotions, deals, and product launches, and track their impact on rank and velocity

Reporting & Client Communication
• Deliver explicit, recurring performance reports — what worked, what didn't, what's next
• Handle day-to-day client communication and manage expectations proactively
• Turn recurring client questions into templates — identify what should be automated vs. what needs a human
