As a Graphic Designer II, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creative solutions that enhance user engagement and brand recognition. You will contribute to the evolution of the organization's visual language, lead medium-to-large design projects, and ensure every deliverable meets high standards of creativity, functionality, and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality digital and print assets, including marketing campaigns, presentation decks, event collateral, product graphics, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
Transform complex ideas and business requirements into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages.
Contribute to the development and continuous evolution of the organization's visual identity, brand guidelines, and reusable design assets.
Collaborate with marketing, product, communications, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, present creative concepts, and deliver polished design solutions.
Provide creative direction for photography, illustrations, motion graphics, or multimedia content when required.
