Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accountant (Indirect Tax)
to join our GLBL BusSvcs Tax-Bangalore -Global Finance Services Division Team.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India
What you will do
- Prepare and Submit EU VAT returns, EC Sales List, Intrastat, other indirect tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead complex VAT reconciliations ensuring accuracy and robust control over indirect tax accounts
- Analyse and validate compliance data, flagging issues and collaborating with teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to indirect tax processes and update procedures as needed to reflect evolving business requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving indirect tax compliance/reporting processes.
- Lead automation projects involving Power BI, Alteryx and ERP enhancements
