About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the IT industry, to support the organization's legal and commercial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiations, and end-to-end contract lifecycle management, along with strong communication and legal drafting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Vendor and Client Agreements
- Service Agreements and other commercial contracts for Indian and offshore entities
- Review, and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other bid-related documentation.
- Handle end-to-end contract management, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewals, amendments,



and contract repository maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Business teams to provide timely legal support.
- Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and recommend practical risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, correspondence, policies, and other legal documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and legal documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); additional qualifications will be an advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the IT/Technology sector.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiations.
- Hands-on experience with RFPs and commercial contract documentation.
- Positive understanding of end-to-end contract
