What you’ll achieve

Lead and strengthen physical security operations across designated India locations, ensuring consistent implementation of security standards, risk mitigation measures, and operational excellence.

Drive strategic security initiatives including crisis management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to enhance organizational resilience and support business continuity goals.
You Will:

As a member of Dell Technologies, Field Security Services (FSS) Team,
the candidate will be responsible for the management of programs and technologies to provide protection to the organization, employees, assets, and reputation.

This position requires an individual who has a broad leadership skills and knowledge in the corporate security and resiliency domain in the India region.

Responsible for the coordination and management of all Dell Technologies FSS processes and programs of the region.

Development, implementation and sustaining of processes at the sites covering service level to ensure the security of the end-to-end business operations are protected in support of overall Security and Operational objectives.
