Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver onboarding programs that equip current and existing sales representatives with strong product knowledge and sales readiness skills.




- Create and facilitate ongoing learning initiatives, including workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, and training materials to support continuous professional development.
- Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement resources, including playbooks, presentations, guides, and case studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content remains aligned with product updates, business priorities, and evolving sales strategies.
- Leverage sales performance insights and feedback to identify skill gaps and continuously improve enablement programs and learning experiences.
- Promote best practices, scalable processes, and effective use of sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and sales success.

- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a related field.
