DUTIES

Responsibilities

* Configure, maintain, and optimize the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll module,
including Fast Formula, Extracts, business rules, workflows, and metadata
framework.
* Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, analyze processes,
and translate them into system solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle HCM
application, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
* Conduct thorough testing of system changes in preview and production
environments,



ensuring data integrity and process optimization.
* Document configuration changes for stakeholders.
* Support mass data uploads into application as needed.
* Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with technology and
business teams to deliver solutions.
* Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and best practices, recommending
improvements and innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a
related field.
* 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, with at least
2 years directly configuring payroll and OTL modules.
* Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management within
application.
* Experience with system configuration, business rule creation, workflow
administration, and data analysis in Oracle HCM.
