We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to take ownership of daily accounting operations and financial reporting within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

You will manage core accounting functions including month-end close, reporting, budgeting, treasury, and AP/AR operations.

Accountabilities:

The Accounting Manager will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting,



and process improvements while supporting business growth through accurate analysis and robust financial controls.
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, general ledger accounting, and accounting operations.
- Lead month-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including budget and forecast variance analysis.
- Track financial KPIs, operating performance metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support budgeting activities, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and capital planning.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including vendor payments, billing, and collections.
