Your new role

As a Senior Clinical Data Management Professional, you will set direction and deliver results within your clinical trial(s) and clinical project area, applying deep subject matter expertise to manage complex tasks across the trial lifecycle. You will work independently, mentor peers, and drive operational excellence – ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity from collection through to submission.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Data Management trial team, acting as the DM point of contact and co-chairing the Trial Squad
- Planning, executing, and delivering DM trial activities and coordinating the CDM&P; trial project plan including SDTM, ADaM, and TFL deliverables




- Defining data collection strategy aligned with protocol and standards, and optimising trial design through protocol input
- Overseeing DM risk management, including RACT and issue resolution across stakeholders
- Ensuring effective collaboration with CROs and vendors, including oversight for deliverables in the FSO outsourcing model
- Supporting compliance with ICH GCP and internal processes, and ensuring trial-level audit and inspection readiness
- Identifying better practice opportunities, defining process improvements, and contributing to innovation through pilot initiatives and current tools
