Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our mobile app experience while contributing to key website initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive app growth, engagement, retention, and conversion by building customer-centric experiences across the user lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mobile App Product Ownership (80%)

● Own the mobile app roadmap aligned with business goals such as revenue,



retention, engagement, and LTV.

● Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and feature releases.

● Improve the end-to-end app journey including onboarding, browsing, discovery, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.

● Drive app adoption, MAU growth, session frequency, and customer retention.

● Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

2. App Growth & Retention

● Develop strategies to increase app installs, activation, engagement, and repeat purchases.

● Optimize onboarding funnels and customer lifecycle journeys.

● Partner with CRM teams on push notifications, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, email, and loyalty initiatives.

● Drive subscription, rewards, and retention programs.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization

● Analyze user funnels across app and web.
