About the role:
We're looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to join slice's Central Risk team. In this role, you'll help strengthen the company's risk governance and enterprise risk management framework while working at the intersection of business, Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial functions. You'll play a key role in assessing emerging risks, shaping policies and governance processes, and enabling informed decision-making as the organization continues to scale.
What you will do:
- Support the development and enhancement of the company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, and governance processes.
- Identify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, regulatory, and emerging risks across the organization.
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Secretarial, and business teams to drive risk assessments and ensure effective risk mitigation.
- Track regulatory developments and internal policy changes, evaluating their impact on the business and risk landscape.
- Coordinate risk governance activities, including committee reviews, risk reporting,



and follow-up on key action items.
- Assist in preparing risk insights, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Contribute to building a strong risk-aware culture through stakeholder engagement and process improvements.

What you will need:
- 2–4 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Risk Advisory, Governance, Legal, Compliance, Policy Development, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, or implementing policies, frameworks, or governance processes.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and influence decisions in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and regulatory issues.
