We are seeking a Consultant with functional expertise in Supply Chain Planning and retail operations to support the implementation of SymphonyAI SCPO solutions for global retail customers. This customer-facing role focuses on US retailer rollout support, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and implementation teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, store operations, and master data management, with the capability to support workshops, contribute to future-state process design,



and assist in successful solution deployment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Functional Discovery & Process Mapping
Support discovery sessions and business workshops with retail customers to understand current-state processes, business challenges, and operational goals.
Contribute to future-state supply chain planning process design aligned with customer requirements and SymphonyAI SCPO capabilities.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
SCPO Configuration & Solution Support
Configure and support supply chain planning modules across demand planning, replenishment, inventory optimization, and related planning functions.
Support setup and validation of master data, planning parameters, and business rules.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the solution aligns with functional requirements.
