The Product Operations Data Specialist supports the Product Operations Leader in successfully managing the product data, data analytics reporting and digital transformation initiatives for New Product Development and Portfolio Management.
This role serves as a key business partner responsible for enabling data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, reporting solutions, workflow automation, and process optimization. The successful candidate will own and improve reporting ecosystems, develop scalable analytics solutions, automate business processes, and provide actionable insights that support execution of strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics capabilities with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams.
Your role will also include overseeing,



supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.

Drives strong recent product development (NPD) management operating systems (MOS) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality product data is entered on time and maintained in the systems of record.
Owns product data end-to-end throughout entire portfolio lifecycle by managing the product hierarchy (PH), product information master (PIM), and digital asset
