Tender Manager

Location: Bhopal, MP | Experience: 2–4 Years | Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Government, Defence, PSU, and GeM tenders.
Identify tender opportunities and manage bid preparation and submission.
Prepare technical BOMs, compliance documents, specifications, BOQs, and commercial bids.
Coordinate with Government/Defence stakeholders for pre-bid meetings, technical discussions, inspections, demos, and clarifications.
Coordinate with internal R&D;, Technical, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, submissions, and post-award requirements.
Support contract execution, inspection, delivery, and documentation after award.

Required Experience & Skills
2–4 years of experience in Government/Defence tender management.
Hands-on experience with GeM and government tender portals.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation, compliance, and bid processes.
Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
Experience in UAV/Drone, Defence, Electronics, Robotics, or Aerospace will be preferred.
