n Trident Staff is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to drive current client acquisition across the Canadian staffing and workforce solutions market.
n This opportunity is designed for experienced staffing sales professionals with a proven track record of selling IT staffing and workforce solutions . Your primary focus will be generating new business, building strategic client relationships, and closing enterprise staffing opportunities.
n Our internal teams manage recruitment delivery, candidate sourcing, onboarding, payroll, compliance, invoicing, and ongoing account management, allowing you to focus exclusively on business development and revenue generation.

n Prospect and secure new staffing clients across Canada.
n Build relationships with enterprise organizations, consulting firms, MSP/VMS programs, and direct corporate clients.
n Generate new business through cold calling, Linked In outreach, referrals, networking, and strategic sales campaigns.




n Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on long-term revenue growth.

n Promote Trident Staff's service offerings, including:
n Contract Staffing
n Contract-to-Hire
n Permanent Placement
n Project-Based & Statement of Work (SOW) Engagements
n
n
n Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Operations, and IT decision-makers.
n Navigate enterprise procurement processes, including MSP and VMS environments.
n Lead client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting through signed agreements.
n Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.

n 5+ years of business development experience within the staffing or recruitment industry.
n Proven success selling IT staffing or workforce solutions in the Canadian market.
n Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow enterprise client relationships.
