As we deliver our ambitious
2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager - Pharma to Lead and accelerate the growth
of the pharma excipients business by developing and executing strategic growth
plans, building sustainable long-term business opportunities, driving
profitability, and strengthening market position. The role requires strong commercial
leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, and execution excellence while




aligning closely with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For:
- M.Pharm qualified with extensive experience in the sale of pharma excipients & Ingredients.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, excipient applications, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in strategic business leadership and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing P&L.;
- Experience in working with global and regional teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute the long-term business strategy for the pharma
excipients portfolio in alignment with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify recent market opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative
business models to expand the business.
