A role in Corporate Real Estate means the chance to develop and execute a long-term, flexible real estate strategies for Target’s non-retail portfolio globally delivering right experiences in office commute to reflect the forward leaning culture of the organization.

The Lead Specialist – CRE Compliance will be responsible for ensuring adherence to labor laws and other regulatory compliance requirements across Target location for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. The role will manage compliance monitoring, reporting, audits, vendor governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
