- Seeking experienced Accounts Payable professionals
- 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Property Accounting, or Real Estate Accounting.
- Experience handling AP for multiple properties or entities is preferred.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, accruals, and payment processing.
- Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and property-level accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas
- Proficient in Yardi, RealPage, Entrata
