Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good leadership skills, should have experience of managing teams of size 15 or higher
- Strong technical skills, should have experience in SQL Server, SQL-writing, and understanding of C#/.NET/OOPS concepts
- Should have good crisis management skills to handle pressure from project challenges
- 8 to 12 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, should be able to converse with client senior management confidently
- Positive leadership skills, should have experience of managing teams of size 10 or higher
- Should have experience in managing implementations and/or business transformation programs from requirement analysis to post implementation stage
- Having technical skills in SQL Server, SQL-writing, and understanding of C#/.NET/OOPS concepts is a plus
