The*India Assistant Controller*is responsible for controllership, compliance, audits, risk assessment, and business analytics to support accurate reporting and effective decision-making

This position reports to the *India Controller* and is part of the finance and accounting, Bengaluru and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:
- Lead/Coordinate Accounting Operations – Closing, Reporting, Corporate Governance and Controllership and preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND AS
- Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (FEMA, CSR, Tax, TDS, EPF, MSMED, RBI, etc.), ICFR controls, transfer pricing, and revenue recognition policies
- Prepare and coordinate various audits/reviews – Statutory, Tax, Internal/Sox, Balance Sheet Review etc.
