Accountabilities:

The Braze Solutions Architect will own the technical architecture, implementation,



and optimization of customer engagement solutions, ensuring the platform supports scalable lifecycle marketing strategies and seamless customer interactions.
- Own the end-to-end architecture and technical implementation of the Braze platform across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app, and web channels.
- Collaborate directly with clients during discovery phases to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and proposals.
- Design and implement integrations between Braze, mobile applications, websites, backend systems, and data platforms.
- Define and optimize event tracking strategies, user attributes, data models, and customer profiles to support lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Lead the configuration and optimization of Braze Canvases, campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automated customer journeys.
