ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must possess knowledge of basic quality tools, quality process, expertise in audit, calibration,



coaching, giving feedback, conduct daily huddles & weekly refresher sessions.
- Proficient in EPIC and Hospital billing process along with Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
- Minimum 1.5 years tenure as RCM Quality auditor, should have good knowledge about AR/Denial handling process.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
