Job Title: Director / Sr Director: Marketing & Corporate Communication Company: 1 Point1 Solutions Reporting To: Marketing Head Role Overview This role at 1 Point1 Solutions will be responsible for building, protecting and scaling the company’sbrand across markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will ensure consistency,credibility and impact across all internal and external touchpoints. The role will play a critical part inpositioning 1 Point1 Solutions as a future-ready, AI-first, human-centric enterprise. Key Responsibilities1. Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice and creative guidelines across allcommunication channels and platforms.2. Develop messaging frameworks to support customer engagement, partner communication andstakeholder alignment.3. Partner closely with senior leadership to craft thought leadership narratives, leadership POVsand industry commentary.4. Support PR strategy, including media relations, press interactions, announcements, andreputation-building initiatives.5. Own the content strategy across formats like social media, blogs,



articles, videos, websitecontent, campaign and owned platforms.6. Guide creative development for digital, print, outdoor and brand-led advertising campaigns.7. Plan and manage internal and external events, conferences and forums, ensuring robust brandpresence and experience design.8. Manage awards participation from identifying relevant categories and crafting entries totracking wins and amplification.9. Develop internal communication campaigns highlighting employee achievements, culturemoments, leadership messages and milestones.10. Create recruitment marketing content including career videos, employee stories and cultureledsocial media campaigns.11. Partner with HR and leadership to design engagement programs, onboarding experiences andculture-building initiatives. Education & Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Journalism, Communications or arelated field.
