Responsibilities
Lead a team of test engineers to define test scope, strategy, resource requirements, and execution schedules.
Establish, implement, and maintain test processes in line with industry standards and organizational requirements.




Collaborate with product management and key stakeholders to ensure test readiness for new product introductions.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of test equipment and fixtures to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in quality performance, test effectiveness, and false-call reduction through KPI-driven actions.
Manage team development, training, resource planning, and performance management activities.
Coordinate with global teams on fixture development, calibration, and test infrastructure requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support test sign-off activities, root-cause analysis, and customer issue investigations.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
