Your Role

As a Cluster Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our print, digital, and test preparation business. You will lead and manage a dedicated team of 9-10 individuals, driving sales and market penetration in the higher education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of 9-10 sales professionals.
- Oversee sales operations for print, digital, and test preparation business segments.




- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Tamil Nadu and Kerala markets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the higher education ecosystem and market dynamics in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Drive growth and expand Pearson's presence across all business lines in the assigned cluster.

Qualifications

- Experience:
- Significant 8-10 years of experience in the publishing industry.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala markets, particularly within the higher education ecosystem.
- Age: Between 30-35 years.
- Languages: Fluent in Tamil and English. Proficiency in Malayalam would be an added advantage.
