- Oversee and manage Indian and international accounting books
- Ensure accurate month-end book closures
- Prepare and record month-end provisions and accruals
- Handle statutory filings and compliance for India and overseas, including ROC, PF, ESIC, TDS, and GST
- Oversee both direct and indirect tax filings and assessments
- Possess a full understanding of financial preparation in compliance with Indian GAAP
- Oversee internal, statutory, and group audits
- Assist in Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash flow projections
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of both direct and indirect taxation
- Show proficiency in Indian accounting standards
Skills and qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in related field
- Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Effective team player with the ability to collaborate in a diverse, team-oriented setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Tally ERP, etc.
