Support the Delivery team with their daily operations, ensuring efficiency and controls through optimization of reports, dashboards, security, and integrations (EIBs)
- Ensure data integrity and optimization of processes within project and hierarchy structure
- Maintain documentation to support training, knowledge transfer, and change management procedures using established SDLC practices
- Participate in biweekly sprint meetings utilizing agile methodology to implement recent or enhanced Workday PSA functionality
- Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday PSA roadmap capabilities
- Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc demos and UAT sessions to confirm accuracy of deliverables
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday PSA
- Support key integrations and EIBs
- Collaborate across the business to understand requirements from Delivery stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, computer science, or information systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday PSA administration, configuration, support, and maintenance
- In lieu of PSA experience, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday Financials administration, configuration, support, and maintenance may be considered
- A strong understanding of project and engagement management
