This role combines executive client leadership, operational excellence, and transformation leadership.You will be responsible for delivering outstanding client outcomes, building high-performing teams, and partnering with Solutions, Product, and AI teams to embed innovative solutions into client engagements. As a senior leader, you will help shape the future of iQuanti's delivery model by creating scalable, efficient, and AI-powered ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Portfolio LeadershipServe as the executive sponsor for a portfolio of client engagements, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.Drive strategic direction and business outcomes across marketing, analytics, experience, and creative engagements.Ensure portfolio health across delivery quality, client satisfaction, revenue retention, and growth.Lead governance, risk management, and executive reviews across the portfolio.AI & Transformation LeadershipDefine and drive the AI and technology transformation agenda across the portfolio.Partner with Solutions, Product, and AI teams to implement creative solutions within client engagements.Champion AI-enabled workflows, automation, and scalable delivery practices that improve productivity, quality,



and speed.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while driving adoption of new tools and operating models.Business & Operational ExcellenceOwn portfolio P&L;, balancing growth, profitability, delivery quality, and CSAT.Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and technology-enabled delivery.Improve key business metrics including margin, utilization, Revenue/FTE, and delivery efficiency.Talent & LeadershipBuild, mentor, and scale high-performing global teams.Develop future-ready leaders and strengthen AI and digital capabilities across the organization.Foster a culture of accountability, learning, innovation, and client-centricity.Success MetricsRevenue growth, retention, and portfolio profitabilityClient satisfaction and executive stakeholder trust.Delivery quality, operational excellence, and portfolio healthProductivity improvements enabled through AI and automationAdoption and impact of AI-powered solutions across client engagementsEmployee engagement, talent development, and retentionRequired ExpertiseProven experience leading large client portfolios with accountability for delivery, growth,
