The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Interior Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have at least 3 years of experience in interior design sales, a passion for great design, and a talent for connecting with people, this role is for you. Your goal will be to understand client needs, offer tailored design solutions, and ensure every project becomes a memorable experience from start to finish.
Job Description :
1. Identify current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
2. Meet clients to discuss their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget goals.
3. Present creative design concepts and material options suited to each project.
4. Work closely with our design and execution teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
5. Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial consultation to project handover.
6. Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining transparency and trust.
7.
Maintain long-term client relationships and follow up for repeat or referral business.
8. Keep yourself updated with current design trends, new products, and competitor activities.
9. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Role Requirements :
1. At least 3 years of experience in interior design or related sales roles.
2. Proven record of meeting sales goals and building client relationships.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
4. Confidence in handling negotiations and closing deals.
5. Basic knowledge of design principles and materials; familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
6. A self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
