About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GM– Technical Program Management to lead large-scale AI, platform, and enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization. This leader will drive strategic programs from concept to execution, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional program leadership capabilities and has a proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives involving AI/ML platforms, enterprise-scale systems, and digital transformation programs.

This role requires the ability to influence senior executives, establish governance frameworks, manage large program portfolios, and drive organization-wide adoption of emerging technologies while balancing business priorities, risk management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

- Define and drive the roadmap for enterprise-wide AI and technology transformation initiatives.
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Product, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
- Translate business strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Establish operating mechanisms, governance structures, and review cadences for strategic initiatives.
- Drive prioritization decisions across competing business objectives and resource constraints.

AI & Platform Transformation

- Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver scalable AI-powered products and platforms.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI, RAG-based systems, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Lead Build vs Buy evaluations and technology investment decisions.
- Establish frameworks for AI governance, compliance, privacy, security, and responsible AI adoption.




- Drive organization-wide AI adoption through measurable outcomes and change management initiatives.

Program Execution & Operational Excellence

- Manage a portfolio of strategic programs with clear visibility into risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop mechanisms to monitor program health, execution quality, and business impact.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, security, and adoption risks.
- Define and track KPIs that measure technical, operational, and business outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution priorities.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

- Partner with VP, SVP, and C-level leaders to define priorities and drive decision-making.
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority across multiple business functions.
- Present program status, investment proposals, business cases, and risk assessments to executive leadership.
- Facilitate alignment across diverse teams with competing priorities and objectives.

Leadership & Organizational Impact

- Build and scale TPM capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and develop Technical Program Managers and emerging leaders.
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Establish sustainable operating models that scale beyond individual contributors.

Required Qualifications

- 14–18 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Delivery, or related leadership roles.




- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams.
- Experience working with AI/ML, Data Platforms, Generative AI, RAG architectures, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining governance frameworks, operating mechanisms, and organizational processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, logistics, or large-scale technology organizations.
- Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, semantic search, vector databases, LLM-based applications, and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience managing TPM organizations and leading managers.
