Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and learning content. The role involves developing brand-aligned layouts, illustrations, and graphics that clearly communicate complex ideas to learners and partners. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with content, marketing, and training teams to maintain consistent visual branding across all channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, producing logos and visual identities, preparing files for production, iterating based on feedback, and staying up to date with design trends relevant to education and digital skills.Qualifications3+ Years of experience as Graphic DesignerStrong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design,



with the ability to create visually engaging assets for both digital and print formats.Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for programs and campaigns.Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across different media.Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva,Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of design for web and social media.Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to adapt designs to different audiences and formats.Hands-on experience in Poster Designing , Video Editing , Powerpoint Presentations and other graphic works.Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; comparable practical experience will also be considered.Familiarity with e-learning or education-focused design, motion graphics, or video editing is an advantage.
