This is an onsite role based in Mohali, requiring strong execution, ownership and the ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced, startup-style setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, operations and support rolesDevelop and implement HR processes, SOPs and documentationOversee onboarding and training workflowsMonitor employee performance, KPIs and productivityMaintain HR records, contracts and compliance documentationSupport employee engagement and communication across teamsHandle employee relations and conflict resolutionCompliance & OperationsResearch and implement driver recruitment compliance requirementsEnsure compliance for onboarding operators and chauffeursMaintain documentation related to licensing,
