Desktop Support EngineerLocation: Bhiwandi, MaharashtraExperience: 6 Months – 2 YearsRole Type: Full-TimeCTC upto: 4 lpa About the RoleWe are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who can keep our technology ecosystem running smoothly — from end-user support and network troubleshooting to server administration, IT security, and infrastructure management.What You’ll Do1. IT Infrastructure ManagementManage and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.Support infrastructure upgrades and improvements.2. Network AdministrationConfigure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.Manage switches, routers, and firewall configurations.3. Server & System AdministrationManage Windows Server and Active Directory environments.Handle user accounts, Group Policies, and access controls.Support server backup and disaster recovery activities.4. IT Security & ComplianceImplement antivirus, endpoint protection, and IT security controls.Monitor system logs and security alerts.Support internal IT audits and compliance requirements.5.



IT Asset ManagementMaintain inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.Track asset allocation, movement, and lifecycle.Ensure accurate IT asset records.6. User Support & TroubleshootingProvide L2/L3 technical support to users.Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network, and application issues.Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support.7. Backup & Disaster RecoveryManage data backup systems and recovery procedures.Perform regular backup verification.Support restoration testing and business continuity activities.What We’re Looking For6 months – 2 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Infrastructure / System Administration.Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.Basic understanding of backup, antivirus, endpoint security, and IT assets.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Interested Candidates can share their resume at - [email protected]
